Your details is treated with every precaution necessary to ensure that your private information is only used to send your purchase to the right address. We do not sell your details to third party. Purchases with creditcard is handled by Svea webpay. Please check for security details by following this link.

Delivery
We pack and ship your goods within 2 days. Please allow also 3-5 days shipping time. Please note! Exportorders must be paid in advance. We keep your order packed and ready maximum 2 weeks, to speed up things you can e-mail a receipt of your bankwire.

Backorder
We inform you about evt. backorders and you decide if you want to cancel the order or if it should be pending. 

Reclamation ?
If something is wrong with your purchase, wrong amount, broken goods etc. Please take contact with us immediately and we will sort everything out. Worn costumes will not be refunded.

Returns
If you regret your purchase we gladly help you as long as you notify us within 8 days.  The items must be in their original packing. The return shipping charges are not refundable. When we have got your return and checked it we will refund your creditcard.

Pricing
The prices stated on the website the day you make your purchase is valid. Pricing is made in EUR without VAT. For purchases outside the EU additional taxes may occur. We only accept payment with creditcard.
